Lessons learnt today:
1) Intimate terms of address can be rather annoying, condescending even. *Makes a mental note to cut down on “babes”, “dears”. And never use “sexy”*
2) You do not ask for a “puppy” look. It’s gross. Makes one cringe up inside like a prune. Urgh!
