Dinner With My Dearest Sister Bear

Yup, It was Sandra's birthday not too long ago. We went to The Esplanade for dinner. Initially, the plan was to have thai, but japanese proved to be rather attractive too *chuckles*
Yup, so the four of us (bear, me ,joyce and aaron) had jap for dinner. Lovely place, great view with ok ambience. Would have been better if the waiters and waitresses kept the clanging and BREAKING of utensils and cutlerys to a minimal. Hahaha
Oh! Guess who did we run into? Mr and Mrs Smith! Yup, they were on their way to an SSO concert. Hahah found out from them that there are more lit students this year and even Miss D has to teach PC. Wow. Must be tough on them.
Ok I digressed, forgive me won't you? Yup, so after dinner we went to Harry's for a drink. Hahaha lesson learnt, DO NOT sit beside the sub woofer. We can't hear each other over the bass. Felt like t rex was coming if you know wat i mean. Kenneth popped in at Harry's. Him and Aaron? *shakes head* Why do they have to make a big fuss over a bottled drink? The poor lady was having such a tough time promoting the drink already and you two have to make her wait there like an idiot. Brudda brudda, Wat's so tough about answering a "Would you like to try this?" question, the poor lady doesn't want to know if you're buying it home, having it there or whether you are driving later. Sheesh, juvenile man, indecisiveness! Tsk Tsk! To the wonderful lady, i apologize on their behalf. They aren't let out very often you see.. *Grins*

Hahaha i got a toy for San again. It's real cute, a solar powered desk ornaments that nods slowly. It cheered me up when i saw it, hope it does the same to San whenever she's feeling down. Noticed how i always end up buying toys for her. Apparently, Auntie noticed too (sandra told me), can't help it. Whenever i see something cute and adorable, there's this impulse to get it for her. Talk abt impulse buying! Hahaha ok, i will TRY getting other stuff for her in the future. Oh! By the way, Thank your dad for helping me get the vodka. Love yer!

Guess Who?

Yup, so we had our drink, (note the singular form) and took a short walk along the water front. Mei mei wasn't drunk, but she sure was high. Hahaha blabbling uncontrollably already. Anyway, Aaron offered me a ride home which i turned down. Decided to take the train. Had something to think abt, anyway i digressed. So i took the escalator down and the train was there already. Guess who i saw? JIAHUI!!!!!! hahaha She's a dear friend from RVHS, Npcc. Yup. She was head of the admin branch and i worked with her for four years! *Shouts excitedly* Hahaha i miss the good ole days man, so it was such a good thing to see her. Man we've grown so much but she's still one head shorter! hahaha She's so going to kill me for this remark! hahaha All the ways we managed to get on her nerves in secondary school: "Yo jiahui! how's the air down there?", "Hey man, When it rains, You'lll be the last one to know.". But trust me, she's a fiesty one. Hahah

So happy to talk to her again. And What's this thing abt not recognising me? And about me changing a lot? Jiahui and her ex (who happens to be in my camp, it's a small world!) both made this remark. Hmmmmmm
