Boy oh boy. V-day came and went just like that. Kinda un-happening. (As usual) Haha. Will tell you more abt it another time. Wow! So much backdated typing to do. Been rather busy these days.

Planning for Bday you see. It can get quite C-R-A-Z-Y at times. Almost overwhelming. Plus it clashes with the Amber period for my camp. Might be mobilized that day. Am praying hard that it doesn’t. Else, I’ll be damned.

Haiz. Been listening to lots of Sophie Ellis Baxter lately. The bubble gummy energy is the only thing keeping my extremely short temper in check. I’ll get back to blogging soon ok? Promise! *Sticks out pinky finger*

Well said. Heh. It won’t be much of a temptation if you can suppress and resist it so easily. It’s a bit like the word “obvious”. An oxy moron. If something is obvious, why would you need a word to describe it? To point out that it is in deed obvious? The obvious need no description, needs no pointing out and therefore needs no adjective.

And so temptation can never be resisted. Those which can don’t qualify as temptations at all.

Sheila would know. *Sniggers* that woman bought so much the other day when I went out with her. To think she told me straight after we met up that she needs to cut down on her spending. Heh, guess the calling of shopping proved to be too great.

We kinda ended up in Marina Mall later on during the day. Bumped into Roy Ang there. Spent most of the time inside Sasa.

Elp! Arh Fink Ah Ose Arst Eeied. Really! I did think that my nose died that afternoon. If I were to stay a lil while longer, I’m sure it’ll simply fall off in sheer terror. Heh. Spent quite a while inside the perfume shop. Sampled everything from Ck one to Lolita Lempicka. Haha several smell stuck, there was one smelling like turtle wax, another smelling too jasmine-y (like the altar), another smelt too strong of sandal wood, and there was one which smelt too sweet, exactly like glacier cherry. Moschino’s Cheap and Chic smelt plain… cheap. Heh.

Anyway, now I’m stuck between three fragrances. Davidoff Echo, Calvin Klein One and Rykiel Homme by Sonia Rykiel. Been thinking about it for quite a while. Think I’ll most probably get Rykiel Homme. It smells sweet and crisp at the same time. And the light sweetness kinda lingers, making one wants to take a second whiff. It sorta rolls in one’s nose, making it hard to pin point the smell. It’s a bit hard to grasp, a bit intangible. And I like that. Plus it comes in a big nice purple box. I like purple. Two bonus points!

Freakzilla

Hanged out with Lalala on Monday! Was a public holiday so needn’t report back to camp. Went City hall and walked around a bit. Looked at digicams at Harvey Norman before heading to Long John Silver at Capitol Building for a late lunch.

Bad choice.

Freakzilla was out that day. There’s this guy serving us and man he was weird.

He spoke in this squeaky feminine drawl and he was saying/whining weird stuff like “Don’t you dare rush me. You know I don’t take well to that. Shouldn’t you know how I am by now?” Goodness. I so wanted to stab him with the plastic knife. He totally ruined the mood for lunch. It was just so irritating. Every time I see him, goose bumps just popped right up.

And, he needs a bra.

Gulp!

Heh! It’s finalized! The bbq? It’s going to be held at East Coast Costa Sands. A21’s invited to stay over on the night of 28th Feb (it’s Saturday!). There’ll be a separate dinner the next evening for family and relatives.

Am looking at my list of friends whom I wish to invite over for the bbq.

Woah!

Quite a lot of names. Gosh there’s like 52 names already! My goodness. I know it’s one thing asking them and another with regards to who’s actually coming. Still! Woah. Think it’ll be a squeeze if everybody turns up. Heh! Excited already.

But I’m sure some won’t be able to make it, possibly due to school, work or military commitments. So it won’t be that bad. Am really looking forward to seeing some of them. It’s been such a while.

Am really grateful to some. Especially people like Elvin, Huiqing and Sandra. They’re the ones who offered help immediately when they heard of the party. Really touched by them. Didn’t expect them to be the ones offering help instead. Heh. Quite surprised by their kind gestures. Thanks a lot.

Damn! I have a Pasir Ris run that day. Might take the day off. But the original plans with the guys, was to go straight from camp, after work, when we’re released at around noon. Looks like we’ll have to come up with a alternative plan.
Think we’ll hang around Tampines mall till around noon. Then pick up some stuff for the bbq and head down. Heh. Think one of the lads will be driving! Yay! Always convenient to have a chauffeur driver around. *Grins deviously*

Am thrilled. Hasn’t had a party since I was in preschool.

Don’t worry Mike! People will come. And those who do, really want to. Don’t worry abt the turn out. Just have fun!

Bummer

Heh. Been bumming at home the entire day. Kinda used to the boredom. Anyway was looking through my own blog, there’re thoughts of terminating my account.

No particular reasons why. Just felt like doing so. Yet, I can’t bear to let it go.

Drained

I was telling myself to write a lot today. Guess what? It’s already 2350. And I’ve just started.

Doubt I’ll type anything substantial. Just am so very drained. Think the short wave therapy for my back zaps the strength out of me. Been feeling rather languid and listless recently. I hate this. I hate everything. Why can’t I just disappear? I think I need help, somebody help me!

I’m a miserable twat who should be run down by a bus. Soon I hope.
